Super Simple Garlic Shrimp
A delightful shrimp dish that tastes great and is crazy simple to make
Ingredients
- 2 lb 36/42 shrimp in shell
- Salt (to taste)
- Paprika (to taste)
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 Clove garlic chopped
- crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 3/4 Cup white wine
- parsley chopped
- white rice cooked
Cooking Steps
- Clean and Shell the shrimp. Sprinkle with salt and paprika to taste.
- Heat the oil, garlic and pepper flakes in a large skillet. When the garlic is just beginning to brown, add the shrimp and cook, stirring, about 1 minute, or until just done and firm to the touch.
- Stir in the lemon juice, wine and parsley and let simmer on low for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately, over cooked white rice and sprinkle on parsley.
