Super Simple Garlic Shrimp

A delightful shrimp dish that tastes great and is crazy simple to make

Ingredients

  • 2 lb 36/42 shrimp in shell
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Paprika (to taste)
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 Clove garlic chopped
  • crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 Cup white wine
  • parsley chopped
  • white rice cooked

Cooking Steps

  1. Clean and Shell the shrimp. Sprinkle with salt and paprika to taste.
  2. Heat the oil, garlic and pepper flakes in a large skillet. When the garlic is just beginning to brown, add the shrimp and cook, stirring, about 1 minute, or until just done and firm to the touch.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice, wine and parsley and let simmer on low for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately, over cooked white rice and sprinkle on parsley.
