Grilled Filet Burger

Ground filet mignon patties seasoned, grilled to perfection, and placed on a sourdough bun.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground filet mignon
  • 2 Tbsp. shallots chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp. A1 steak sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 Each large egg

Cooking Steps

  1. Start by mixing the filet with the garlic, shallots, and all the spices, mix well then add the A1 and egg, mix well and roll into 8oz burgers. 
  2. Place on the grill and cook for six to eight minutes on both sides until cooked through.
  3. Serve with Roquefort and Dijon mustard on a sour dough bun.
