Pineapple Infusion

A delicious beverage of fresh pineapple infused with vanilla syrup, and belvedere vodka

Ingredients

2 pineapples peeled and sliced
1 Gallon lemonade glass jar
2 qt btls belvedere vodka
1 Cup vanilla syrup
3 sprigs mint

Cooking Steps

  1. Peel and slice pineapples and add to jar. Pour vodka over top, and then add the other half of pineapples.
  2. Add Vanilla syrup, stir and let sit for 2-3 days.
  3. Before serving, for garnish, add some mint to the jar.
  4. Then place ice into a shaker, add infusion mixture to the shaker, shake well then add to the martini glass and serve.
