Baked Lemon Chicken With Herbs

Fresh skinless chicken breast topped with herbs, seared, and simmered in a delicious white wine and lemon mixture

Ingredients

  • 4 6oz chicken breast boneless skin less
  • 1 oz rosemary chopped
  • 1 oz thyme chopped
  • 1 oz parsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 Cup lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Cup white wine
  • 4 oz olive oil
  • to Taste kosher salt
  • to Taste cracked white pepper

Cooking Steps

  1. Start by preheating the sauté pan with 3oz olive oil.
  2. Then season the chicken with the salt and pepper, combine all the herbs on a flat dry plate, place the chicken into the herbs, be sure to pat the herbs so they stick on the top side only ,place the chicken in to the hot oil herb side down and cook for one minute turn the chicken and cook for three minutes.
  3. Then add the white wine and simmer for two minutes then add the lemon juice and butter on low simmer for three minutes.
